Carmen is Danny's wife & has 30 years of relevant experience. She has worked in HR at Ascot & Windsor racecourses, in Corporate Hospitality as an HR officer at large events, & as PA to the Global Sponsorship Director of a large electronics company with linked to the Jordan F1 team. She enjoys art and crafts, is very creative and artistic with a keen eye for detail. She is also fond of antique books
Dan
Deputy Landscape Gardener
'Little Dan' is Danny's stepson, and Carmen's son. Danny gave him a job on his team in Hounslow, and has been training him for the last 8 years. He helped start the company with Danny & can deputise for him in various areas. Before this he was at a private football academy, played youth football for Cardiff City and did cross country and athletics for Wales.
Tina
Administrator
Tina is one of the newest members of the team. She has a background in admin, PA experience in the National Grid, and has previously authored 2 books. She provides valuable support to the team in numerous areas including, admin, marketing, day to day running of the company. Tina has a natural creative flare and is a wonderful sounding board for ideas.
